We will contact you to get your cut preferences and let you know when your order will be ready.
We'll include your total price (less deposit),
and we'll arrange for delivery or convenient
pick up.
Whatever you choose,
your order will be processed at our USDA certified butcher,
and come to you individually wrapped, labeled
(with cut, weight, and processing date),
and frozen.
