Choose vacuum-sealed plastic bags, or butcher paper. Every cut of your grass-fed beef share or box is processed at our USDA certified butcher, and comes to you individually wrapped, labeled (with cut name, weight, and processing date), and fresh frozen to ensure its delicious flavor.
"Grass-fed beef has been shown to have nutritional advantages over corn-fed beef. A study showed grass-fed beef to have higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, vitamins A and E and cancer-fighting antioxidants than corn-fed beef.
